Move with intention, breathe with purpose.
A quiet, well-instructed pilates studio set inside the pavilion — small class sizes, certified trainers, and a schedule built around real life.
Pilates, taught properly.
Breath
Every movement is paced to the breath first — control comes before speed, and speed comes before load.
Alignment
Small classes mean real hands-on correction. Instructors watch form, not the clock.
Consistency
Progress in pilates is quiet and cumulative — our schedule is built so you can actually keep showing up.
Set inside the pavilion, away from the noise.
Amara Pilates occupies the pavilion at Kalye Crisologo — a calm, covered space with natural airflow and views out toward the courts. We kept the studio small on purpose: fewer bodies in the room means every cue lands, and every session earns its place in your week.
Whether you're rehabbing an old injury, training around a busy schedule, or just tired of gyms that don't teach — this is a room built for careful movement.
Meet the studioFour ways to train.
Reformer Fundamentals
Machine-based pilates for first-timers — spring resistance, guided pacing, and full attention to setup.
Mat Pilates
Bodyweight-based core and control work — no machine required, ideal alongside pickleball or other sport.
Prenatal & Postnatal
Modified sequencing for pregnancy and recovery, led by an instructor trained in pre/postnatal movement.
Private Session
One-on-one reformer or mat work, programmed around an injury, a goal, or simply your own pace.
A rhythm you can plan around.
Classes run morning and early evening, six days a week. Reserve a mat the same way you'd book a court — a few taps, and your spot is held.
Certified instructors, not just enthusiasts.
Dana Reyes
Founder · Reformer & PrenatalCertified reformer instructor with additional training in pre/postnatal movement. Leads the studio's Monday and Saturday classes.

Small on purpose.
Amara Pilates started as a single reformer in a pavilion corner. It's grown, but the reasoning hasn't changed: fewer people in the room, more attention on each one.
Built inside a place already built for movement.
Kalye Crisologo already had the pavilion, the cafe, and the pickleball courts — a place people came to move and to slow down. Pilates was the piece that was missing: a room for careful, low-impact strength work that complements a hard match on the court rather than competing with it.
Replace this section with the studio's real founding story — who started it, why, and what the first year looked like.
A few things we won't compromise on.
Class size stays small
We cap every class so instructors can actually correct form in real time — not just demonstrate and hope.
Instructors are certified
Every instructor on our team holds a recognized pilates certification, plus ongoing training in their specialty.
Progress is tracked, not guessed
We check in on your goals regularly instead of running the same class plan for every member, every week.

Where most members start.
Spring-based resistance on the reformer, with an instructor walking you through setup, breath, and pacing before adding any load. Ideal if you've never taken a reformer class before, or it's been a while.

Bodyweight-based core, control, and mobility work on the mat. A good complement if you already play pickleball or another sport on the courts outside — this class targets the stability muscles that racquet sports tend to skip.
